Agua Fresca 5% ABV
We set out to create a fruit-forward variant of our house Mexican lager. A beer that showcases real fruit character without losing what makes the base beer great. The result is Agua Fresca, brewed with prickly pear and lime puree for a natural pink hue and a clean balance of fruit and lager. The prickly pear brings subtle sweetness while the lime keeps things bright and crisp. A double award-winner, earning Bronze at both the 2026 World Beer Cup and the 2026 Colorado Brewers Cup.We set out to create a fruit-forward variant of our house Mexican lager. Sol Tropical Hazy | IPA 6% ABV
We built this one to be accessible to all beer drinkers. A soft, inviting hazy IPA with a warm orange glow and none of the bitterness you might expect from an IPA. Citra and Riwaka hops bring the fruit forward. Tones of ripe citrus and stone fruit that are all about the subtle nuances of modern hops. Malted Oats and White Wheat round out the body.We built this one to be accessible to all beer drinkers.
